  • Automotive Batteries
  • Motor Oil, Antifreeze
  • Used Oil Filters

UNIVERSAL WASTE

  • Electronic Waste (TVs, Computer Monitors, Printers, Microwaves, Flat Screens TV, Tablets, Laptops, keyboards, mouse cables and speakers)
  • Batteries (Alkaline, Lithium, and Ni-Cad)
  • Fluorescent and Compact Fluorescent Lights

NOT ACCEPTABLE

  • Oil Based Paint
  • Pesticides, Toxics, Poisons or Corrosives
  • Flammables or Combustibles
  • Irritants
  • Brake Fluids
  • Paint and Thinners
  • Medical Sharps, Medications, Mercury or Marine
  • Road Flares, Explosives, Ammunition
  • Radioactive Materials
  • Tires
  • Household trash
  • Bulky items (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, sofas, tables or other large-to-handle items. These items can be scheduled for pick-up or calling Athens Services at (888) 336-6100.
