  • Thousand Oaks residents who are current Athens customers ONLY
  • Valid ID to show proof of residency required
  • Residents can bring up to two (2) loads per event using a vehicle no larger than a five (5) passenger automobile or a pickup truck

ACCEPTABLE

  • Household trash
  • Appliances
  • Tires (no rims, limit 5)
  • Construction & Demolition materials
  • Wood waste & green waste
  • Uncontaminated dirt/soil
  • Clean asphalt or concrete

NOT ACCEPTABLE

  • Hazardous material
  • Electronic waste (TVs, computer monitors, cell phones, etc.)
  • Fluorescent light tubes & ballasts
  • Liquids & water-soluble solids
  • Biological/medical waste/sharps
  • Septic tank or chemical toilet waste
  • Automobile bodies
  • Business waste
