Construction & Demolition Diversion and Compliance

Athens Services supports construction and demolition projects with recovery solutions designed to help meet CALGreen and local diversion requirements. C&D materials collected from job sites are processed through Athens’ owned and operated recovery facilities, where recoverable materials are sorted and diverted from landfill disposal. Athens provides accurate reporting and documentation to support permitting, inspection, and project close-out requirements.

Unlike brokers or third-party haulers, Athens Services operates a robust post-collection network that includes Materials Recovery Facilities (MRFs) and C&D processing operations.
