| Adhesives & Resins | Glues, caulk, roofing tar, wax paste, grease, and joint compound |
| Aerosol Spray Cans | Any aerosol spray cans of paints, cleaners, lubes, pesticides, butane, and camping fuel (any size) |
| Antifreeze | Vehicle antifreeze/coolant |
| Automotive Supplies | Polishes, fluids, and gasoline (no automotive parts) |
| Batteries | Lead acid “auto battery” or small household batteries (place each battery in a clear plastic bag or tape terminals to protect against short circuits) |
| Cleaners | Non-aerosol kitchen and bathroom cleaners (e.g., drain cleaner, ammonia, bleach, soaps, detergents such as acids and caustics) |
| Electronic Waste | Computers, laptops, computer accessories, tablets, cell phones, cords, USB hubs, flash drives, devices with screens |
| Fertilizers | General garden fertilizers |
| Fire Extinguishers | Only fire extinguishers that are the size of a 2L soda bottle or smaller |
| Fluorescent Lights | Fluorescent light tubes and small CFL “bulbs” |
| Hobby Supplies | Glues and paints |
| Home-Generated Sharps Waste | Sharps, such as hypodermic needles, pen needles, intravenous needles, lancets, auto-injectors such as EpiPens (empty), and other devices that are used to penetrate the skin for the delivery of medications, contained in U.S. Food and Drug Administration-cleared sharps containers |
| Motor Oil | Vehicle motor oil and used oil filters |
| Propane | Propane tanks |
| Pesticides | Non-aerosol garden pesticides, herbicides, wood preservatives and finishes |
| Paints & Stains | Latex, oil-based paints, stains, lacquer, urethanes, and primers (non-spray paints) |
| Solvents | Non-aerosol petroleum solvents, paint thinners, mineral spirits, lubricants, turpentine, acetone, alcohol, and gasoline |
*State law restricts the transportation of more than 15 gallons or 125 pounds per vehicle
