- Uncontaminated dirt/soil
- Clean asphalt or concrete

- Hazardous material
- Electronic Waste (TVs, computer monitors, cell phones, etc.)
- Fluorescent light tubes & ballasts
- Liquids & water-soluble solids
- Biological/medical waste/sharps
- Septic tank or chemical toilet waste
- Automobile bodies
- Business waste
- City of Thousand Oaks Residents ONLY
- Valid ID to show proof of residency required
- Maximum 2 loads per household
- All loads must be tarped pursuant to California state law
- NO commercial vehicles or landscaping companies
- NO late entry
