Saturday, July 29, 2023 The City of West Covina, in partnership with Athens Services, is organizing a series of summer cleanup events. During these events, residents will have the opportunity to dispose of bulky items. All bulky items must by placed curbside by 6:00 a.m. on resident’s designated day. Bulky waste placed for collection shall not be a volume exceeding the capacity of the truck’s bucket.
