PLEASE DRIVE UP AND HOLD UP YOUR RESIDENT ID OR BILL. DO NOT ROLL DOWN YOUR WINDOW. OPEN YOUR TRUNK FROM YOUR DRIVER’S SEAT AND PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES STAFF WILL PLACE THE 4 BUCKETS INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE. Participation in the event and all items accepted are at your own risk. It is the attendees’ responsibility to practice safe lifting and take all protective measures to guard against injury or any other loss.
