Athens Services is providing Norwalk residents with a spring clean-up collection event for bulky items at no charge.

This event is for Norwalk residents only (must show ID, proof of residency or a utility bill).

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS

include (but are not limited to):

  • Dryers
  • Furniture
  • Mattresses
  • Refrigerators
  • Rugs
  • Tree trunks
  • Washing machines
  • Water heaters
  • Sofas
  • Beds
  • Tree branches

NOT ACCEPTABLE

  • Explosives
  • Ammunition
  • Radioactive materials
  • Household Hazardous Waste (HHW)
  • Hazardous waste generated by commercial businesses
  • Household trash
