• Thousand Oaks residents who are current Athens customers ONLY
• Valid ID to show proof of residency required
• Residents can bring up to two (2) loads per event using a vehicle
• no larger than a five (5) passenger automobile or a pickup truck
• NO trailers
• All loads must be tarped pursuant to California state law
• NO commercial waste, commercial vehicles or landscaping companies
• NO hazardous waste. For hazardous waste disposal make a free appointment at TOaks.gov/HHW
• NO late entry
