Heysell Montes De Oca is a Purchasing & Inventory Specialist at Athens Services who is responsible for ordering truck parts and ensuring their timely delivery. In addition to her primary role, she also serves as the Zero Waste Champion for the City of Industry Materials Recovery Facility. On January 26, 2023, Carlos De Leon parked his Athens collection truck for the very last time. After 38 years of dedicated service, Carlos officially retired from his route in the City of West Covina.
